New Orleans is such a picturesque city. I had an amazing time taking photos in New Orleans while I lived there. This particular photo was shot at night as I rode past on my bicycle. The blurriness from the moving camera gives it a painterly feel that I just love. I went back to this place the next day and photographed the same scene during daylight and on my feet. You can see the other image floating around in my collection.
